My mission is to use my high-energy motivation, positive inspiration, and strength to lead an online fitness program. I want to help adults achieve an active lifestyle through movement so that they feel strong and empowered.
The MFIT methods works to help all members embrace their shape (Strength, Health, Achievement, Positivity and Energy) in their everyday lives. We are all unique and have our own distinctive shape, so we need to learn to “Embrace Our Shape to be the Best We Can Be”. Whether you want to lose weight, strengthen muscles, or just want to consistently commit to your fitness goals—I can help you get MFIT!
MFIT is unlike any other online fitness program. It’s inspiring, motivating and challenging. It’s an effective and efficient monthly subscription of fun workouts leaving you strong and empowered.
Each workout session is a specialized program experience—Resistance Training (weights), Plyometrics (explosive jumping movements), Bodyweight exercises and strategic Cardio.
The program design will follow an emphasis of Upper Body, Lower Body and Total Body incorporating abdominal core functioning exercises and cardiovascular impact.

Monthly Subscription Includes three (3) weekly workout sessions (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays) along with 12 recorded workout sessions to complete at your convenience.
Live Stream—Sweat in real time Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays with Coach MaryAnn.
On-Demand— Recordings are available after the live stream sessions. Download and save the recording for future reference or available on-demand anytime. Recordings will expire after one week.
Customized Workout Subscription—Depending on your fitness goals, personalized workout plans can be customized to your unique needs achieving optimal results.
